Moscow Mule
A less sweet and more refreshing version of the famous mule.

Ingredients
- 60 ml of AGUARDIENTE DESQUITE
- 15 ml of lime juice
- 15 ml of ginger syrup (Instructions below)
- Ice
- 50 ml of club soda
- Sprigs of mint for Garnish
Preparation
For the ginger syrup:
In a pot, add 400 g of brown sugar, 500 g of hot water, and 200 g of minced ginger. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
For the cocktail
- In an old fashioned glass, add the lime juice, syrup, AGUARDIENTE DESQUITE and ice.
- Stir.
- Add the soda.
- Stir lightly.
- Garnish with two sprigs of mint.
