Mojito
The iconic sugarcane distillate cocktail with the beloved touch of anise loved by Colombians.

Ingredients
- 60 ml of DESQUITE AGUARDIENTE
- 20 ml of lime juice
- 20 ml of simple syrup (Instructions below)
- 100 g of white sugar
- 2 sprigs of mint
Preparation
For the syrup:
Mix 100g of sugar with 100g of hot water until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.
For the cocktail:
- In a highball glass, add two fresh mint sprigs and the simple syrup.
- Lightly crush the mint with a spoon and stir.
- Add the DESQUITE AGUARDIENTE and lime juice.
- Pour the ice, soda, and stir. Make sure that you leave the mint sprigs at the bottom of the glass.
- Decorate with two additional sprigs of mint
