Desquite Sour
Our version of a Sour drink using Desquite. An ideal cocktail to dazzle your guests.

Ingredients
- 60 ml of AGUARDIENTE DESQUITE
- 20 ml of lime juice
- 20 ml of simple syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Ice
- A Star anise seed for Garnish
Preparation
For the simple syrup
In a pot, add 400 g of white sugar and 400 g of hot water, bring to heat, mix until the sugar dissolves, and let it cool.
For the cocktail
- In the shaker or pitcher, add the lemon juice, syrup, AGUARDIENTE DESQUITE and the egg white.
- Stir the contents to make them blend together.
- Add ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold
- Strain into a glass.
- Decorate with star anise.
